Payment

All payments of Online Registration must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card or by bank transfer afterwards. Credit card payment will be settled on the beginning of August. Bank transfer payment must be received no later than July 28. Cash as well as credit card are available at Onsite Registration.

Confirmation

After the full payment is confirmed, attendees will receive a confirmation via e-mail by the middle of August, 2017. Please save this information as proof of your registration.

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Your registration cannot be changed online after submission. Any change or cancellation must be made in email to ICO-24 Registration Desk (ico-24-regist@or.knt.co.jp).

[Registration]
No refunds will be offered for cancellations of registration received after June 16, 2017.
Registration fee refunds will be issued only with email sent to ICO-24 Registration Desk before June 16, 2017. A JPY3,000 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.

[Banquet]
No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after August 7, 2017.
Cancellations must be received in email by ICO-24 Registration Desk by August 7, 2017 in order to receive a full refund.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours [Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm (Japan time)] except the national holidays (May 3-5, July 17, Aug 11). After working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.

Assistance of visa application

Visa documents will be only provided to attendees who have completed their online registration on or before August 7, 2017.

Attendees should check if you are required to apply a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
If your country is not exempted from visa application on the above website, please kindly state your need of visa support on the online registration form. We will send you the necessary documents for visa application.

Indispensable condition to request the visa support:
*1. You have completed online registration.
*2. Your registration fee has been paid.
3. If you wish to bring any accompanying persons and request the visa support for him/her with yours, he/she must be your legal spouse or children. (if applicable)

*Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be accepted.
*Visa applications should be made at least one month before the intended travel dates. We strongly suggest you to inform us your request of visa application as soon as possible.
*For applicants who need to apply for a visa, the payment date of the registration fee will be advanced.

Insurance

Please note that it is the responsibility of all attendees to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for any reason.
